In addition to integrated stroller attachment velcro straps this handy organiser also includes a detachable branded woven cross-body strap allowing you to wear your Inka as a cross-body bag. Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Yes! All UK orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery - no code needed.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
A: If something arrives damaged or faulty (rare, but it can happen!), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a quick photo so we can sort it out right away. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and handle any courier investigation in the background so you don’t have to.
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Absolutely - we want you to love your order. You have 30 days to return any unused, unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund.

Q: Who pays for return postage?
A: If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return cost. For change‑of‑mind returns, standard postage costs apply and will be deducted from your refund.
