Same Day Despatch Cut Off

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day whenever possible.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on a bank holiday, will be despatched on the next working day.
Most items are sent directly from our warehouse. Items dispatched by our trusted brand partners may take a little longer and will be shipped as soon as they are ready.

Delivery Times

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Courier delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to unexpected delays such as weather or courier network issues.

If you need your order quickly, we recommend choosing Express Delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
This allows you to follow your parcel, arrange redelivery, choose a safe place or collect from a local pickup point.

Address changes cannot be made once your parcel has been despatched.

Remote and Offshore Areas

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and other remote areas may take a little longer. These locations may not be eligible for Express Delivery or free shipping.

If you live in one of these areas, we recommend emailing us before placing your order so we can advise you on delivery times and any additional charges.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery attempts were missed or it was not collected from the depot or pickup point, a fifteen pound courier return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you would like the parcel to be resent, new postage charges will apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of despatch, please contact us so we can investigate and raise a claim with the courier. Courier claims must be submitted within strict timeframes.

Packaging and Sustainability

We aim to pack every order carefully and responsibly.
Where possible, we use recycled or reused packaging to reduce waste. Some items may arrive in supplier branded packaging. Large or fragile items may be protected with strong tape or recycled materials. This does not indicate that the item is used or a return.

Multiple Parcel Orders

If your order contains items from different brands or bulky products, it may arrive in separate parcels. These may be delivered on different days depending on the courier.

Christmas and Peak Periods

During busy seasons such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. Any seasonal cut off dates will be shown on our website.
