Crafted from recycled materials, Hiro offers style and sustainability, but most importantly has been designed with parental function as a top priority. Expect T+M features like water-resistant lining, insulated bottle sleeve, bespoke hardware, and integrated stroller attachments as standard. You'll be surprised how much you can fit in Hiro - small enough to not break your back, but with enough space for essentials - it's perfect for wearing with a sling. Quietly branded with our rubber patch, and black hardware - this lightweight bag offers heavy duty service.
In line with our commitment to sustainability, we use recycled materials made from post consumer plastic waste and recycled yarn.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders ship the same day (if placed before 2pm Mon–Fri) and arrive within 1–4 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by email the moment your order is on its way.

A: Yes! All UK orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery - no code needed.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
A: If something arrives damaged or faulty (rare, but it can happen!), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a quick photo so we can sort it out right away. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and handle any courier investigation in the background so you don’t have to.
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Absolutely - we want you to love your order. You have 30 days to return any unused, unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund.
Items we can’t accept back:
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Products that have been opened or used
• Items not in resaleable condition
• Clearance or final-sale items
Q: Who pays for return postage?
A: If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return cost. For change‑of‑mind returns, standard postage costs apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return (usually much quicker) and go straight back to your original payment method.
