Cancellations & Returns
We process all orders automatically as soon as they’re placed. Because of this, we can’t cancel or change an order once it’s been submitted. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We print everything to order, so we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make things right.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
A: If something arrives damaged or faulty (rare, but it can happen!), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a quick photo so we can sort it out right away. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and handle any courier investigation in the background so you don’t have to.
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Absolutely - we want you to love your order. You have 30 days to return any unused, unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund.
