Following on the phenomenal global success of the multi award winning Sock Ons (clever little things that keep baby socks on), Twiddle Ons have been designed with toys attached to encourage babies to play with their feet keeping them entertained and engaged whilst the toys stay firmly in place. In addition, Twiddle Ons allow baby to explore the sounds, colours and textures of toys which have been carefully designed with babies developmental stages in mind without losing them!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders ship the same day (if placed before 2pm Mon–Fri) and arrive within 1–4 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by email the moment your order is on its way.
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes! All UK orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery - no code needed.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
A: If something arrives damaged or faulty (rare, but it can happen!), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a quick photo so we can sort it out right away. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and handle any courier investigation in the background so you don’t have to.
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Absolutely - we want you to love your order. You have 30 days to return any unused, unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund.
Items we can’t accept back:

• Items not in resaleable condition
• Clearance or final-sale items
Q: Who pays for return postage?
A: If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return cost. For change‑of‑mind returns, standard postage costs apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return (usually much quicker) and go straight back to your original payment method.
